She came in, saw him sitting near the window, with two of his friends. She mustered her courage, walk to his table and sat one chair away from his right. She was thinking and hoping. He noticed her and pushed her arm slightly. Afraid to look, she stared at the magazine she was reading. He continued chatting with his friends about things she knew clearly of but was too scared to join in. Only sitting there listening, and still hoping. Another of his friend came and sat beside him, in between her and him... The bell rang, time to go home. Everyone left, leaving her and him. She didn't want it to end that fast, but you know, time flies during special moments like this. She got up first, again mustering her courage, pushed his arm slightly, just like what he did. He smiled a little but didn't look at her. Then she left, reluctantly... Love is like that.
